Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact info@buaterra.com with your order number.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Warranty

Statutory Guarantee

This product is covered by a 2-year statutory guarantee under Irish and EU consumer law. This guarantee ensures the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and that it is fit for purpose and as described at the time of purchase. These rights exist independently of any commercial warranty offered.

Manufacturer's Warranty

In addition, we provide a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults arising from normal use of the product and manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
Normal wear and tear (including scratches, cosmetic damage, or fading)
Modification or repair by anyone not authorised by us
Battery depletion due to normal usage

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact info@buaterra.com with proof of purchase. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and EU law.

Limitation of Liability

Bua Terra Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
